This place was just as described- very spacious for 4 and clean, literally right next to South Mountain. The complex had all the amenities needed and it was also very close distance to Downtown and the Sky Airport, however the immediate neighborhood area does not seem to be the nicest. Nguyen left clear instructions and we never needed to reach out to him for any issues. Overall we had a very positive experience.

Great place to stay in Phx. Mountains are literally are in your backyard. Amazing view. Enjoyed this place and am considering moving to this community!!! Thanks for the accommodations Nguyen. Will definitely come back again. One of the best places I’ve stayed so far. 😎

Very happy with this stay- I would recommend!Space was very clean and spacious. Pool area was great. We were also happy with the neighbourhood and felt safe as it was in a gated community. We had no complaints about our stay and Nguyen was very responsive and helpful with any questions/concerns we had!

We had a wonderful stay! We felt right at home in this clean, comfortable, as listed property; in fact, we even considered extending our stay. The home was stocked with everything we needed, and we enjoyed the local restaurants and the beautiful scenery. Great property, helpful responsive owner.

Vu's place was perfect for us while visiting for a family wedding! It was very clean, bright, comfortable and quiet! Everything is well-supplied. We enjoyed the comfy beds, stylish furnishings and mountain view. The pool was also a great way to cool down and relax after exploring Phoenix and the surrounding area.Vu was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! Thanks for a great stay!

Loved our stay here. Vu quickly responded to our questions. With our big group I loved that there were two showers and laundry in the apartment. Only wished there were more towels ☺️ Gated community with super friendly people around. Super clean place with a garage. Will definitely stay here again.
